Cookbooks

All (or almost all) of the cookbooks I am working from can be purchased online at a bookstore in Hong Kong called 66eMart. So far, they are the only source I have found in English that ships to the US. The cookbooks are nearly all in Chinese and English and are very beautifully built, if not always well translated.

I will warn that while the books themselves are not terribly expensive, the shipping is almost as much as the books are. Shipping is via HK speedpost and arrived very fast and well packed.
